Testing Services

Each race we undertake is a test.  It's a test against every other athlete in the race, answers are instant and final.  We will know at the end of the race if our training has been good enough or not. 

Wouldn't it be nice to find out beforehand?

Understanding how your body works and the physiological demands placed upon it by training and racing can only make you a better rider.  Endurance sports, of which cycling is most definitely one, and excelling at them, centre entirely on maximising your aerobic engine. 

Testing allows you to quantify what you have now and to re-evaluate it after a structured training programme has taken place. 

Our TAP protocol (Test, Analyse, Plan) will allow you to create a baseline of your current fitness level by carrying out a test specific to your needs. 

From the results we can then analyse the data against benchmarks and norms to determine specific areas of your training that need addressing. 

A training plan can then be constructed to specifically tackle areas that could benefit from improvement.  Training this way becomes much more rewarding than just "going out for a ride".
