2010 Competition Coaching Programme

This Competition Coaching Programme will take you from the end of your season recovery period, the first week of November, to the end of May.  At which point you'll be fully race ready, with all your top-end speed and full-on sprinting, time trial speed or sportive endurance capability, whichever discipline is your speciality.

For your one-off, discounted fee, you will receive a 28 week coaching programme consisting of the following:
